These terms govern your use of Ekoverse, operated by Vidage AI. By using the website or the hub you agree to them.

The Service

Ekoverse helps businesses create, manage, publish for and measure declared AI creator personas on third-party platforms. Access to the hub is by invitation.

Your Responsibilities

• Follow the terms and community guidelines of every platform you connect, including their rules on AI-generated content and labeling.
• Disclose that personas are AI-generated, and label paid or promotional content as required by law, including the FTC Endorsement Guides and the FTC rule on fake reviews and testimonials.
• Don’t use Ekoverse to impersonate real people, post fake reviews or testimonials, make false claims, or create accounts through automation.
• Keep your sign-in details secure and only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.

Content

You own the content you publish through Ekoverse and are responsible for it. You give us the limited rights needed to store, process and publish it on your instruction.

Third-Party Platforms

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are run by third parties. We don’t control their availability, API changes or decisions about accounts, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Disclaimers And Liability

Ekoverse is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Vidage AI isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or account actions taken by platforms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending Access

You can stop using Ekoverse at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or platform rules.
