Privacy Policy

Ekoverse is operated by Vidage AI (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Ekoverse website and hub, and when you connect an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account to Ekoverse.

What We Collect

• Website visitors: the name, company, email and note you submit through Request Access.
• Hub users: your name, email, a hashed password and session records.
• Connected social accounts: when an account is connected through the platform’s official login, we receive the access tokens the platform issues and the data covered by the permissions you approve: basic profile (ID, username, display name, avatar), account statistics (followers, likes, video or media counts), the list of the account’s posts with their view and engagement counts, and permission to publish content you approve.
• Tracked links: when someone opens an Ekoverse tracked link we record the time and the platform the click came from. We don’t store IP addresses or identify the person clicking.

How We Use It

• To publish content to the connected account when an authorized user approves it.
• To show analytics for the connected account inside the Ekoverse hub and decide which personas to keep, pause or replace.
• To reply to access requests and operate the service.

We don’t sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share platform data with third parties except the service providers listed below.

Platform Data

Data received from TikTok, Instagram (Meta) and YouTube (Google) is used only to provide the features above. Ekoverse’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is accessed through YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke Ekoverse’s access at any time in the platform’s security settings (for Google, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Storage And Security

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database. Access tokens and account credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and access to stored credentials is logged. Hub access requires sign-in.

Service Providers

• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database).
• OpenAI, to draft persona profiles and scripts. We don’t send connected-account tokens or credentials to it.

Retention And Deletion

Platform data is kept while the account stays connected. When an account is disconnected, its access tokens are deleted immediately. Synced statistics are deleted within 30 days of a request. Access requests are kept until you ask us to remove them. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email hello@vidage.ai.

Children

Ekoverse is a business tool and isn’t directed at anyone under 18.
